Thank you so much for following and reading these past nine months! I’ve learned so much in my food journey thus far and I know I’m still at the beginning.
I started this project not knowing much about cooking and just making the occasional meal for myself at home. Now I cook for myself regularly and have gained experience through working in kitchens and reading many many cookbooks.
Though im still working in a kitchen, I’m realizing the most exciting things that I want to share happen away from work when I’m cooking for joy and pleasure. The restaurant world is tumultuous and isn’t as inspiring to write about .
That being said I will still be updating this blog with cooking stories, tips, cookbooks reviews and hopefully a few recipes of my own!
